I’m pretty excited because in March I will travel to Osaka to attend a conference and give a presentation. Unfortunately I won’t have as much time as I’d like for visiting Japan.
I’ll spend a few days in Kyoto with my colleagues and I still have 8 days of free time to plan before taking back the plane in Tokyo. I’ll definitely stay in Tokyo a few days and probably also in it’s surrounding to get nice views of Mount Fuji.
I don’t know a lot about Japan and I have to admit it’s the first time I don’t feel comfortable travelling so far away because of the language and it’s alphabet. Just going on Google Maps feels incredibly intimidating. So if any of you have some advices or recommendations on which places to visit/where to go to eat nice food, I’m open to them!
